Everyone, young or old, is welcome to attend!

Wear comfy closes - That's all what you need. No materials are needed.

The class will be held in Portuguese and with hands and feet. I improve my Portuguese from class to class and am happy to receive corrections from the participants. If there are English-speaking participants, it is not a problem to translate parts into English.

You can join this class at any time. However, I would be happy if you could let me know shortly beforehand (e.g. via Whats App).

This is a movement class in which basic knowledge of Qigong forms is taught. It is suitable for newcomers and beginners.

Open Class in Centro Sociocultural de Tabuado - Come and discover the benefits of Qigong

Wear comfy closes - That's all what you need. No materials are needed. The lecture and the following class will be in English, but I will also prepare a bit in Portuguese.

From 4 pm to 5 pm, there will be a lecture about qigong, what qigong is, and the benefits of practicing qigong. There will also be room for questions and conversation. The lecture will be in English, but there will also be some translation into Portuguese.

From 5 pm to 6 pm, we're going to do qigong together, so that you can practically experience what Qigong is and if you like it.

Qigong is closely linked to traditional Chinese medicine, which relies on a meridian system in the body. Qigong can help people feel better, cope with stress and prevent disease. It can also have a positive effect on chronic diseases such as osteoarthritis, cancer and many more. There is now a new online offer - Evening Qigong "End of the day" offer. Let's start together with warm-up exercises and then do some Qigong together. Make the joints flexible again, move the whole body once and feel better afterwards.

Feel the morning freshness, the birds, the start of the day and give yourself a better start to the day.

There is now a new online offer - Early Qigong "Start to the day" offer. Let's start together with warm-up exercises and then do some Qigong together. The difference in how you start the day will become clear after a short time if you are a little sensitive. After regular practice, it can lead to more balance, serenity and joy in everything that comes up in your day.

Penha Longa - Portugal

In this class you will first learn the basic movements, the stance and some helpful small exercises in Qigong. The focus is on to develop a feeling for Qigong and what Qigong is.
The aim is to bring you back into the moment from the stress of everyday life and the stress in your head. Surrounded by the tranquillity of nature, come back to yourself, feel your body and go home more centered after the class. You also do something good for your joints and prevent illness.
The meridian qigong form is learned step by step.

The Place here is a perfect one to reconnect with yourself. The philosophy of the entire offer: self-awareness. The aim is to create a harmonious space where everyone feels they can take a moment for themselves to develop a holistic sense of well-being.

As I practises different movement styles, I do not offer Qigong classes in the classical sense. Other forms of movement are always incorporated into the classes, depending on what I consider necessary to optimally support you in my class.

The workshop is aimed at Qigong beginners.
It takes place outside and is held in English.
Wear shoes in which you can stand well and comfy clothes in which you can move well.

Possible locations include Hameln Bürgerpark, Ohrpark, Bad Pyrmont Kurpark, Süntel and much more.
Wear shoes in which you can stand well and clothes in which you can move well.
