New Morning Online Class

Feel the morning freshness, the birds, the start of the day and give yourself a better start to the day.

Take a look at the Qigong classes. There is now a new online offer - Early Qigong "Start to the day" offer. Let's start together with warm-up exercises and then do some Qigong together. The difference in how you start the day will become clear after a short time if you are a little sensitive. After regular practice, it can lead to more balance, serenity and joy in everything that comes up in your day. Just join in and try it out.

Wear comfy closes and have some space to move. That's all what you need. No materials are needed, just you ; )
